Art Class Liability Waiver

By participating in a Kayla Bee Creative art class or workshop, I acknowledge that activities involving art supplies, tools, paints, adhesives, and other materials carry potential risks, including injury, allergic reactions, and property damage.

I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participation and agree to follow all safety instructions, use materials responsibly, and maintain a safe workspace. For virtual classes, I understand that I am responsible for my environment, supplies, and equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Kayla Bee Creative, its owner, instructors, and representatives from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, including ordinary negligence where legally permitted. This release does not cover gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be waived.

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and for determining whether I can safely participate. Minors require appropriate parent or legal guardian consent. Photography or recording for promotional purposes requires separate consent.
